Cancellationw Policy: Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours prior to appointment date will forfeit the appointment and the session will be deducted from the purchased package.. No-Shows: All no-shows will have session deducted from their package. Groupon customer will require a deposit to reschedule and future appointments will require text confirmation ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED OUTSIDE OF REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $20. Late Policy: If a client is late that time will be deducted from the total appointment time. Example: If you're 15 minutes late your appointment will still end at your regular appointment time. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. Booking a party: A Yoni Steam Party consists of 3 or more. Please call to book. Deposit required to book. Please refrain from bringing children or extra guests. Space is limited and we would like to keep the spa experience comfortable for everyone. ALL PACKAGES ARE PRE-PAID, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE!! If you make a reservation through Groupon, you may cancel or change your reservation up to 4 hours before its start time. Otherwise, vouchers booked through Groupon will be redeemed and the deal’s promotional value and amount paid will expire.
